And, since dancing is a major part of our daily lives, I thought I’d share some shots of them bringing that particular pop craze to life…
They dressed themselves for this after watching Psy on Ellen saying that the key to living Gangnam Style is to “dress classy and dance cheesy”.
Oh, they got that, totally!
And, I fully condone this type of behavior, because, not only do I do a mean Gangnam Style rendition myself, but I want to make sure that the girls my Dudes marry will have someone to dance with for life. Someone who isn’t afraid to make some corny dance video featuring their mom teaching someone how to Dougie at their wedding just because it would be amazing.
We are already on the right track because the Dudes are not the least bit shy when it comes to dancing.
Because if there’s one thing my Dudes don’t have it’s shame in their game.
They don’t have a problem busting a move anywhere, literally.
They could be at an amusement park…
Or, a peach orchard…
Or, even our own dining room…
No matter where they are, if the music bumps, then mood hits, and they will turn that mother out. While telling me I’m old for busting out my random 90s hip-hop related catch phrases.

Our house is a constant dance party. I love it. My girls, unfortunately, are at the age where they claim my dancing in public (like in Safeway or Target, for example), is embarrassing. Um, no. They play this kind of music to keep people happy and if you continue to glare at me like it’s the worst thing ever to see your mama enjoying herself while she pays full price for this ridiculously ugly/overpriced/borderline hoochie attire from Disney, she will likely respond by dancing the entire New Edition If It Isn’t Love video right here in the aisle. Because she remembers it. In its entirety. THAT would be embarrassing.
