Technically it’s spring.
In reality, today was 32 degrees.
Spring is being a total punk, letting Winter bully it.
I need spring to man up so my pretty floral canvas shoes can come out to play!
Straight from Target (pronounced the fancy way when talking awesome finds) for $16.
You can snag them for yourself right here: DudeMom’s cute $16 shoes.
Even though it’s not quite warm enough to go all spring style crazy, I love the spring floral print because it’s an easy, transitional option to break up the monotony of winter. You can tuck away your black-on-black-on-slate-gray looks and jump right into spring with both feet. Pun intended!
Plus, color and pattern are easy frump busters (note: pattern can also go desperately wrong, so be cautious); they add a little adventure and intrigue to your every day style.
Sure you can just go for the gray canvas shoes in this same exact style (okay, really, buy both), but color and pattern are such easy frump busters. And they’re just so much fun! They’re very let’s-celebrate-spring-by-doing-the-running-man-in-our-kitchens in that.
Not sure your feet were made to be covered in flowers (honestly, any feet can pull this off, but if you’re not convinced)? You can just as easily bring it up to the top…
This a sneak peek of the Aventura spring line! It’s still too cold for me to rock my other outfits, but every season is scarf season! Especially if you have a lightweight, colorful, floral adorned scarf to up the awesome of your look.
Need some other flowery ideas for this spring? Booooooom…
