Easy, juicy bacon cheeseburger sliders
  • 2lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t black pepper
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 strips uncooked bacon
  • ¼ c mayonnaise
  • 2 t hot suace
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • 12 brioche slider buns
  • 1 c shredded lettuce
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine uncooked beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion and mix well
  3. Press ½ the beef mixture in a thin layer on a large sheet pan (you need at least a 13x9)
  4. Layer the cheese slices on top of the meat mixture in two layers-avoid the edges
  5. Cover the cheese with the remaining meat-pressed flat so the cheese is sealed between the meat layers
  6. Lay the bacon in a weave pattern on top and make sure it's all contained in the pan
  7. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
  8. Broil for 5-10 minutes to make the bacon crispy
  9. While it cooks, combine the mayo, hot sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl and whisk together until well combined
  10. On a separate sheet pan, lay out the bun bottoms (they can stay stuck together)
  11. Add burger sauce to the top and bottom of each bun
  12. Add the sheet burger to the bun bottoms
  13. Top with the bun tops
  14. Use a knife to separate them so you can serve them slider sized
