The holidays are officially upon us and it is time to get those gift lists in order.
Personally, come this time next week I plan to be 100% done with my holiday shopping.
I can’t stand the stress of that last minute life and I don’t anticipate that I am going to get better deals on anything I really want if I wait until the week of Christmas anyway.
You will really only find me trolling the mall with the crowds this December if someone promises me an Eggnog Latte and the cinnamon bites of Auntie Anne’s that I don’t have to share with my kids.
Otherwise, I will be home, in my unicorn jammies, watching Hallmark movies that end as expected.
What I do is I take advantage of online sales on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and I hit the stores a couple times before the beginning of next month to round things out.
As you’re doing your holiday shopping this season to bring some holiday joy to the people you care about, I urge you to consider some gifts that give by adding the following items from the following stores to your list. Each one of these locations participates in the Thanks and Giving Initiative with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital which means that, when you buy, you give, and so do they in most cases.
The holidays is the perfect time to give and it’s just so easy to help in this way.
