As part of my Kohl’s ambassadorship, I received a sneak peek at the spring style soon-to-be-released as part of the Peter Som for Design Nation collection.

So loving what I’ve seen thus far (keeping reading; there’s a giveaway!).

The prints are fun and summer funky.  I love the mixed pattern on the dress (stripes with flower thingys=fun!).  And the bright colors on the romper (coral is so my jam this year).  The material is light and flowy and they make me long for the days when sun’s out, gun’s out is a real possibility.

Theoretically, perfect timing since, according to the calendar, spring officially popped off last week, two days after our most recent snow storm.  It’s threatening to snow again on Tuesday.  Also, I think I hate the east coast.  Did I mention I wanna go back to California?

Peter Som’s summery looks are attempting to take my mind off of the fact that Mother Nature is clearly suffering some sort of psychotic break down.

I’m looking forward to the release date of the line (the presale is April 4th and 5th and the entire line will be available online and in store April 10th) so I can swoop into Kohl’s and snag a few items in my size.

Because, none of the items I received are in my size.  They’re “sample size” and rarely do they make the sample in “three babies lived in this body and we like cookies” size.

I’ve already gifted a couple of the pieces to a small waist friend, but I held back my favorite to give to one of you!  If you (or someone you love) are a size 4, I’d love to give you this brand new, Peter Som romper (pictured in the middle) for more stylish spring time rompability!
