Expecting?
Then it’s time to work on that registry.
But don’t just fill it with cute baby products you’ll probably never use. Fill it with cute baby products real moms say you’ll use daily!
Here are a few of our top picks for baby products every mom needs to have in her new kid care arsenal.
Must Have Baby Products According to Real Life Moms
Must Have Baby Products For Newborns
The Bouncy Seat .
It is my key to clean living. I roll this bad boy into the bathroom and shower while tiny DudeBaby screams irrationally keeps me company.
The Baby Swing (With Smart Swing Technology) .
Another put baby down and get something done really super quickly option.
The Bumbo Seat.
He’s not ready to sit up, but he thinks he is. This chair allows him to do that. But his thighs, they barely fit. Guessing this one won’t last long, but he likes it. (Put this on your want list, not your need list).
Swaddling a baby is hard. Using a swaddler sleepsack is easy. Total must have for newborns (especially ones born in winter months like mine).
We’ve had some feeding struggles and nursing is a major part of our lives. Having a comfortable nursing bra is a must. Bravado has been my favorite so far.
The Baby Carrier.
We have an Ergobaby that comes in handy for traveling and day trips. We also use a Boba Baby Wrap
for around the house.
A Boppy Pillow.
DudeMom gifted us hers and it’s great! Baby an lounge on it and be propped up to see me while I sing Ed Sherran and get dressed for the day.
aden + anais Swaddle Blankets.
Really came in handy when he was little. Now we use them to put over the car seat or drape over the bed so he doesn’t drool all over while he’s tummy timing it.
Must Have Baby Products for Bigger Babies
An Activity Saucer .
They worked way better than a walker for our house with the stairs and the room dividers and the dog that would park at all of the things.
The seat reclines to nap time doesn’t have to be terrible and the under carriage basket is perfect for extra stuff. BEST THING WE BOUGHT for babies and it lasted 10 years and two kids (technically would’ve been longer but we outgrew it).
It’s amazing how many toys a tiny human can use in the bath tub. This helps coral them.
This Bath Ring Safety Chair.
Another of the best things I owned for baby raising ever. All three of The Dudes used this and it made bath time SO much easier.
These are great! I did not know the safety bath chair was a thing. I am on my journey to becoming a mom. Hopefully I’ll be putting some of these things on a registry before the year is out.
