It’s that time of year –when we all start reflecting on the year past and the one coming.
Personally, I make the same resolutions every new year: stop stuffing my face and exercise more.
It’s hit or miss with those for more reasons than I can count and, while that remains a thing I intend to do, it is also a thing I am not making “a thing” anymore.
Instead, we are stuffing all of the things we didn’t get to or want more of or need to make sure of into the last few days of the year and then promising ourselves to do more and do better at these things we love in 2016.
Plus some intentionalism and some optimism and a little bit of education in the way of books and blog posts designed to help.
We’re coming for you, 2017.

You can stop yelling, but you can’t stop yelling if you don’t figure out why you yell in the first place and what you can change about yourself or your situation to make it happen less.

Plan to Eat Better
Because that makes more sense than trying to lose 50lbs in three months or exercise every day when you know how your life is setup and that exercising everyday is not something you can really do.
