Thank you to LiveOn for this sponsored opportunity to blog about storing and sharing my most important memories with those closest to me. Although story ideas were provided, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Turkey Day is pretty much here.
I mean, I’ve totally given up on working for the week (shhhh, don’t tell the boss!) and I haven’t so much as peeked in The Dudes’ backpacks since Monday (sorry teach!).
I’m just focusing on being thankful.
Because, I’ll be the first to tell you that, I am one lucky lady!
And I don’t mean that in the nanni-nanni-boo-boo-I-have-a-better-life-than-you-do sort of way.
I mean it in a not-sure-how-I-got-so-lucky-I-totally-don’t-deserve-this-much-awesome sorta way.
I’m appreciative is all.
And, in the spirit of being thankful and stuff let me share what’s makes me feel all undeserving and disproportionately awesome compared to similarly situated human beings humble and stuff…
Dude Mom Life (with a little Dumb Dog action for the holiday card photos)…
Happy birthdays…
Chocolate. In my belly. And, smeared on faces…
The sun. On those rare occasions this time of year that it deigns to grace us with its presence and we can get outside and do something that doesn’t involve the television. Like singing, all top of our lungs style, while we paint (yeah, pretty sure our neighbors hate us or think we have a serious medical condition)…
My little photo bomber (I kid you not, the child has a problem)…
My mama…
And my Daddy too (that’s him behind #2)…
This guy (even if he pretty much refuses to look at the camera)…
And this guy. Which is really more a part of my blog life and my pals at Invisalign Teen (because Dmitry Chaplin was not only super chesty adorable, but also extremely nice to shake my bon bon for talk with as well)…
Further commemorated on the newly launched photo/memory/awesomeness sharing portal, LiveOn.
It’s a brand new photo sharing and memory saving site and I love how it lets me create little musical photo montages (although I’d prefer to be able to upload some of my own favorite jams) of life events and share them with ease.
I always tell myself I’m going to make an awesome slideshow of our vacations or our birthday parties or other events so our cross country grandparents can check them out. And then, my lazy controlling self tells my creative energetic self to shut the heck up and go take a nap already.
LiveOn* allows me to make those awesome slideshows, share them with people in my tribe (aka west coast grandparents), and then still have time to fall asleep with my head smashed onto my keyboard relax.
It’s that easy.
And, pretty cool too (click on the photo and see an example featuring a bunch of my favorite bloggers; if you met me this year you might be in it!)…
So thank you, LiveOn. And my parents for having me and growing me up more awesome than my not-pictured-but-still-meaningful little brother. And my husband for letting me talk him into marrying me and procreating with me. And my Dudes for being so fan-freakin-tastic. And Invisalign Teen** for hooking up my grill. And Dmitry for touching my sweaty back in that photo (what, salsaing is hard work). And all of you for reading this Dumb blog. Everyday (although, you should maybe just skip the rest of this week because I plan to).

Your kids are adorable, adn the little one singing and painting away…LOVE IT! I love the pictures you do…may have to swing over and check that site out. Thanks lady!! Have a great Thanksgiving!!
You *do* have a lot to be thankful for. All those cool dudes in your life. Not the least of which is that chesty one.
Love the video, and not just because I was the start. Wait… what?! I wasn’t? :)
I think all of us that aren’t worrying about where our next meal is coming from are super blessed this year. So many people, so many hard times.
Darn type. That was supposed to be STAR not start.
Oh my gosh. #2, The Photo Bomber, totally cracks me up. What a great smile in that picture.
Thanks for including me in your slideshow. ;-)
Great list. You are the splitting image of your mother =)
Holy crap those boys are cute. I mean, really. They alone are enough to be thankful for (as I steer my girls far far away).
The photographer’s middle child is a photobomber? hmm. Doesn’t look like it’s a problem for him. That is not the back to school face.
Your dad…I could just see someone sneaking in after curfew, and him flipping on the light. “Lose your watch?”
What a lot of excellent reasons to be thankful.
Dmitry missed a button.
You have so much to be thankful for, mama from photosharing sites to your family. I saw getting all chummy with Dmitry and shaking your milkshake on Lolli’s blog. ;-)
Have a happy Thanksgiving! xox
BTW…What’s happening with the disposable camera that was mailed around this year? Did it ever make it back your way?
in my best sing-song voice:
I have a new grandbaby!
Grandbaby number 2!
She’s perfect in every way!
That’s what I am thankful for!
Happy birthday Fallon Elizabeth!
Many many blessings! I do love the idea of Thanksgiving and actaully wish we had some sort of it here.

Happy Thanksgiving, Amanda.
That guy is seriously chesty! And um…keep your adorable boys away from my girls. I’ve said that already haven’t I? Well…if they weren’t so adorable…I mean really. Tell them to stop the cuteness.
